We are looking for a goal-oriented & proactive PHP Developer. Your input is targeted to improve the performance of our products, enable fast expansion to international markets and growing product portfolio. Position is based in Tallinn, Estonia. Candidates from abroad are assisted and supported during the relcation process.
Our recruitment process contains four stages:
• Resume review
• Screening interview with a recruiter
• Technical/professional interview with a hiring manager (including homework/assignment or technical test)
• Final interview with the CEO
We evaluate candidates based on all relevant criteria – professional background, skills, and personality to see how well they fit with the role, the team, and our core values.
Depending on the complexity of the role the recruitment process can take from a few weeks to a few months. We keep respectful and fast communication by providing feedback to each candidate, doesn´t matter if the candidate is left out after resume review or ending up with an attractive job offer.
New employees from abroad are assisted with relocation, and supported throughout the entire immigration, moving, and settling in process.
